16 Quart Presto pressure canner
This is my favorite pressure canner it does get used the most. I grew up in my granny's kitchen learning how to use one and I had to take her " certified instruction for 3 years. I was never allowed to use one on my own. The one I have now she gave me as a graduation present from high school and it still works great! It holds pressure evenly and maintains heat well.
Canning Book
This Book is great for beginners and experts. A great book to have in your kitchen if you are canning.

It explains all about the canning process and the science behind it. Along with all the research from the USDA back when there was actual funding for canning research.

Ball Quart Jars
I use all kinds of jars, mostly because I get given jars a lot. But when I do buy jars you can't go wrong with Ball. I have had good experience using them over and over again for years.
Wide mouth rings
I have not had any issues with these rings. Remember you are going to take the rings off before they go into storage so have extra and buy them as you think you will need them.
Wide mouth canning lids
Ball wide mouth lids have always worked well for me!
I have not had an issue with them loosing seal and they have the nice pop when they do seal.
Canning Tools Kit
Where were these all my life??? I do love this tools and I have went through 4 kits over the years. Growing up we used a fork to get boiling lids and rings out and a wet rag to pick up the hot jars. Having these tools makes canning so much easier.
