This is a great way to use up leftover vegetables or warm up cold bones in the winter. Get you a big stock pot and get ready to stir Here is one of my favorites
( Stock Pot)Add your favorite veggies, what your family likes to eat I use:1 quart of tomatoes or tomato Juice ( if you want it thicker) 1 half gallon of potatoes ( chopped into cubes)1 quart of green beans1 pint of black eyed peas1 pint of sweet cornSliced carrots approx. 1 cup ( use what you have) 2 diced onions Pour all together in a pot and let it simmer for 20 minutesAdd Salt and Pepper to tasteOf course you can add spices if you like it hotter. Make sure to keep it stirred so the soup doesn't Scorch on the bottom of the Pot.... then you'll have smoke soup LOL!!Eat for left overs, can in pints/Quarts for a ready meal later!Enjoy,Hannah
